Key Responsibilities HR Advisor
Work alongside the National HR Senior People Partner, collaborating with a team of HR Advisors and a Regional HR Assistant.
Provide proactive initial advice to Directors, managers, and employees on a broad spectrum of HR issues.
Support managers in making values-based decisions in case management, including disciplinary, grievance, and sickness management, seeking resolution-oriented approaches.
Contribute to policy, process, and training development, with the opportunity to foster an engaging culture that supports over 5,000 staff.
Skills and Experience HR Advisor
Comprehensive HR knowledge and experience, with a focus on employment relations and change management programs such as TUPE.
CIPD qualification and proven experience in managing employment relations issues.
Solution-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong attention to detail.
Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment, managing changing priorities effectively.
