Hybrid working - 3 days in the office/2days wfh
Salary up between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

Harnham is the global leader in Data and Analytics recruitment operating across the UK, USA, and Europe. We have had an amazing year of growth in 2022 and looking to grow the Global People team, with the addition of an HR Advisor. This will be a generalist role and you’ll work directly with the HR Manager in supporting the company’s employees in all territories.
We are just under 250 employees with offices in London, Amsterdam, New York, San Francisco and Phoenix . This an amazing opportunity generalist experience looking to join a growing company!
This is a true generalist role so day to day you can expect to be but not limited to the following:
HR admin (drafting contracts, onboarding, offer management, leavers)
HR Database management – being the go to person for HRIS queries and help implement a new system in the future
Dealing with employee relation issues and employee legislation
Stakeholder management – coaching experienced and new managers on performance or best practices
You will be working closely with individuals at all levels of the business from new starters to senior management and building relationships is vital
Support with the Corporate Social Responsibility committee.
Support with and lead Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
Policy writing
Advise management on urgent HR issues and best practises.
Who are we looking for?
Level 5 or 7 CIPD accredited
Proven experience working in a commercial HR role, ideally a generalist role
Have strong attention to detail. All aspects of the role will require someone who is efficient under pressure but able to produce a high standard of work.

Be comfortable working in a fast-moving organisation and be able to embrace change.
Strong organisational skills
Experience managing and advising stakeholders
Experience with ER cases and leading best practice with PIPs and dismissals
