Are you currently able tto commit to a fixed term contract till February 2024 with the view on the contract being extended or a permanent opportunity with immediate effect and looking to deal with all aspect of Employment Relations then look no further!

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is currently representing a successful business within the Essex area seeking a HR Advisor with hybird working.

Duties will include:

* Supporting Managers and Co-ordinate and Managing employee caseworks efficiently including grievance, capability, absence and appeals.

* Supporting HR Business Partners with Complex cases.

* Building good relationships with all employees in your role.

* Supporting Managers and being the 1st point of contact.

* Dealing with Complex Caseworks

* Providing and Training Managers on all ER Relate issues.

* Providing advice and guidance to all employees on relevant polices, procedures.

* Supporting Senior Managers

* Taking part in HR Projects.
