A non-hierachical, down to earth and genuine team who are passionate about what they do.What would I be doing day to day?Key duties:Be a part of shaping the future of the People Team. You will play an important role in delivering on the new people plan.Act as the first port of call and advise on general employee queries, escalating to the Business Partner where necessary.Support the attraction, recruitment and development of employees.Assist managers with probation reviews, appraisals and recruitment.Assist with key projects including involvement with a new system implementation and running key HR reports.Keeping HRIS up-to-date with relevant changes.Collate all employee information for payroll.Support the HR Director and HR Business Partner with Facilities duties, working closely with the Office Administrator. What is the company looking for?Minimum 3+ years' experience, with good Employee Relations experience and a good use of systems such as HiBob.An eye for process imporvement and an ability to help map process flows.An interest in the Charity sector preferredExperience providing first line advice to employees and managers.Available immediately or on a short notice.
