HR Advisor

The Recruitment Co are looking for an HR Officer on a permanent basis to work successful engineering company based in Chilton, County Durham.Monday - Friday Office Based Up to £35K per annum depending on experienceThe successful HR Officer will be responsible for delivering a professional and proactive support to the company, advising and feeding back on the application of its human resources function in line with the business needs. The HR Officer will provide expert advice in respect of all employment related matters, and all aspects of policy application and interpretation.
