We have an exciting opportunity to join our clients HR team where you will get involved across all aspects of the employee life cycle, including investigations and basic disciplinaries.




You will be working alongside the HR director and the learning & development manager who will assist you and support when needed.








This is a full-time position based on site, offering a competitive salary along with a great benefits package offered. This is the perfect opportunity for a HR admin/Advisor who wants to develop and progress within a HR team.









Key Responsibilities:


















Attention to detail especially in administration tasks.













Partner with managers to conduct investigations, disciplinaries and performance issues as needed.













Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.













Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.













Provide induction training with new hires.









What we are looking for:




















Excellent attention to detail













Must be proactive, willing to learn and develop yourself.













Good understanding of HR practices and processes













Be able to conduct investigations and basic disciplinaries.













Be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people.













Two years of experience working in a HR generalist role













CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
