HR Advisor

Our client is a fast paced FMCG business with offices based in North Suffolk.� �This is a generalist HR Advisor vacancy that would suit a candidate who has studied part of the CIPD and has a varied HR background.
Duties will include:

• Provide HR guidance, support and coaching to managers covering all stages of the employee lifecycle
• Supporting with�employee relations, employee engagement and managing performance
• Reporting HR KPIs, identifying trends and proactively influencing these to improve upon targets
• Drive and be part of people initiatives to improve upon employee engagement and communication

Experienced required:

• Previous generalist HR experience, ideally knowledge of business partnering
• To be CIPD level 5 qualified (or working towards)
• To be confident in your decision making and have strong interpersonal and influencing skill
