HR Advisor - Paying up to £35,000pa Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day HR Employee Relations support and act as first point of contact for all HR queriesSupport the HR Team with development/implementation of KPI’s/Business PlanIn conjunction with Management interpret the metrics and adapt the plan to address the issues/corrective actionsWork closely with HR Team across the business to monitor, review and update all policies & procedures and documentation in line with company Standards, current legislation, and best practiceEducate and support Management on HR Processes, policies & procedures e.g., absence managementConduct Employee Relations in conjunction with Management in line with company policies & Procedures Experience:
HR Generalist experience; Employee RelationsGood understanding of HR Policy & Practice and current employment legislationWorking as part of a team and standaloneProven ability to consistently deliver within a fast moving and highly pressurised environmentTU experience desirableAnalyse data to demonstrated intuitive thinking to make the right commercial decisionsWorking in a matrix organisational structureUnderstanding of the business and how it works and how HR adds value to the bottom line Benefits: On-site parkingFlexibility to work from home If you are interested in this role please apply within.
