Our client, a successful retail brand are seeking a HR advisor to join their team. You will be responsible for maintenance of all HR data and records as well as the following duties:Developing job descriptions and person specifications.Full recruitment from start to finish.Data reporting.Managing the HR inboxSupporting and leading formal meetings, such as disciplinary, grievances and flexible working.Advise employees and managers on HR related queries.
