They pride themselves on offering integrated services and have a reputation for valuing their employees.Job DescriptionProvide comprehensive HR advice across the business to all levels of stakeholders.Help implement and develop HR policies and procedures.Collaborate with different departments to ensure HR objectives align with the company's goals.Conduct performance reviews and create development plans.Oversee recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.The Successful ApplicantA successful 'HR Advisor' should have:Proven experience within a similar role preferably within a blue collar industryStrong knowledge of employment law.CIPD L5 +Stakeholder management and influenceAbility to prioritise tasksExperience in handling HR systems and practices.What's on OfferA competitive annual salary of £34,000 - £38,000.
