An HR Advisor is needed to manage the transactional tasks within the HR team,leading on the employee life cycle processes and responding to HR, manager, and employee queries.Client DetailsThis organisation is a leading player in the property industry, with a head office in York and several UK branches. The company prides itself on delivering high-quality service and maintaining a strong reputation in the market. DescriptionThis HR Advisor role is responsible for/to:Manage the administration of all HR data, ensuring that records and the HR system are complete, accurate and up-to-date.Provide first line Employee Relations advice to managers.Manage compliance within the HR transactional space, including data protection, statutory pay and leave entitlements, National Minimum Wage and Right to Work.Lead on the processing of all employee life cycle events and production of all associated documentation (job offers, contracts, new starter paperwork, leaver letters, changes to T &Cs etc)Manage the monthly transfer of HR data to payroll in line with internal and external processing timeframes.Produce management information for Senior Leadership Team, Business Managers, Payroll and External Providers. Creation of new reports to aid decision making.Support with cyclical events such as Annual Pay Review, Company Bonus Schemes and Internal and External Audits.Benefits administration including Cycle to Work, Private Medical Insurance and Holiday Buy & Sell schemes.ProfileThe successful HR Advisor should be/have: Experience of HR administration and systems.Experience of providing employee relations advice.A good understanding of employment law.Solid experience of providing HR MI and reports.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.Ability to build effective relationships and communicate with people at all levels.Customer and service delivery focussed.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Continuous improvement mindset.Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Immediately available to start a new roleJob OfferCompetitive salary of £35-40k per annum, paid on an hourly rate basis.Opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.Immediate start.Hybrid working in York and from home.
