HR Advisor, Birmingham, £30,000 to £32,000 pa
Hours of Work – Mon-Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday early finish
CIPD HR Level 3 or 5 required

We are delighted to be working in partnership with our popular and successful client who are a well known brand within the retail E commerce retail sector.
Due to their rapid and continued expansion and success we are delighted to be supporting them to recruit a HR Advisor to join their HR team.
The Role
Working within the busy HR team you will be a hands on HR advisor, experienced in handling everyday HR issues associated within a super busy retail warehouse operation.
Supporting line managers with absenteeism and sickness, disciplinary and grievance management and all other people development and recruitment tasks.
You will be involved in the creation of job descriptions , placing advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates, offering and sending out contracts of employment onboarding of all of the new staff, onboarding, inducting, and managing the new starter process as well as the leavers process.
Accurately maintaining the HR system, reporting data in Excel, . Liaising with recruitment agencies and hiring managers, producing offer letters and contracts, managing administrative tasks.
Supporting in formal meetings such as disciplinary and grievances, providing HR-related advice to employees and line managers.
The Person
You will be an experienced HR advisor with a minimum 3 years working experience and a CIPD level 5.
An excellent communicator, great organisational skills, innovative and confident and calm under pressure.
You will have a good understanding of Microsoft office and excel.
