Job DescriptionHR Advisor RoleWe are looking for an experienced colleague who has a passion for people experience and creating a Great Place to Work! Working closely with the HR Manager and the People Services Coordinator you will have the skills to deliver the following:* Support and advise Line Managers on Employee Relations matters, across the full range of employee relations issues including grievance, discipline, capability, sickness absence,well-being management and performance management in line with best practice, Informed policy, and UK employment legislation. Including writing letters, fact finding and note taking.* Contribute to HR policy development and the maintenance of the staff handbook / employment contracts to ensure legal compliance. Confidently providing guidance to employees and Line Managers on policy interpretation, ethical standards, and best practice.* Support in the implementation and Companywide roll out of our new Performance Appraisal System.* Conduct return to work interviews and arranging where necessary follow up action including Occupational Heath referrals, long term sickness, adjustment requests and liaising with other HR team members and payroll where necessary.* Oversee the company's mental health first aiders, supporting in coordinating their event schedules and engaging in regular check-ins.* Collect and analyse HR employee data communicating results (where appropriate) to relevant stakeholders i.e. exit interviews, sickness absence.* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from across the business to undertake project work, build capability and promote the People Services Brand.* Support in creating an inclusive, supportive work environment to attract and retain top industry talent.RequirementsOur ideal candidate will be able to evidence of a minimum of two years recent HR Generalist experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment.
