We're on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team to provide crucial support to the Senior Management.With a solid foundation in Employee Relations, you'll independently tackle a variety of cases and responsibilities, with no two days the same.Success in this role requires the ability to work autonomously, confidently making decisions and adeptly navigating challenging scenarios.Responsibilities:Offer guidance to Managers on Employee Relations matters such as Investigations, Grievances, and Disciplinary Hearings, including aiding Managers in Performance ManagementAttend meetings as necessary, taking detailed notes and preparing relevant documentationCoordinate and provide assistance concerning Absence management, including monitoring instances of excessive short-term sicknessManage the coordination of Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption Leave, including providing consultation and advice to both employees and managersFacilitate training sessions, ensuring content remains current and pertinent.
