Escalate high risk/high profile cases to the relevant manager whilst working with operations colleagues to ensure appropriate resource is made available to manage these casesAssist, review and amend employment policies in line with changes to employment legislation and ACAS codes of practiceProvide pragmatic and timely advice on a wide range of cases including disciplinary, grievance, appeal and investigation meetings and ensure they are completed within a timely manner Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy: CIPD Qualified or studyingExcellent proven experience as a HR GeneralistExperience of Employee Relations is essential due to level of case workHighly organised approach to your work and hold a strong level of attention to detailResilient and comfortable managing high volume, complex workloads in a fast paced environment Additional benefits and information for the role of HR Advisor:
