We are currently seeking a talented HR Advisor to join a facilities management services business in Leeds. As a HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support across various functions within the organisation.
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecyle, from recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning & development and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance management.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a HR Advisor or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
