Our client is looking for an HR Advisor on a part time basis (20 hours a week) –, based in Wiltshire and reporting to the HR Director.
A part-time HR Advisor role is required to work with the Managers on every day, transactional HR activities including recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development and employee relations issues i.e. employee lifecycle activities.
In addition, annual events such as annual pay review, employee survey, updating Policies following Legislative changes will be expected of this role.
