Job Description Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and generalist role, supporting with all generalist people matters at a busy, unionised distribution site.This will include but not limited to:Deal with a wide range of employee relations caseworkSupport with employee engagement and retention projectsSupport with recruitment Organise and assist with training and development activitiesProvide HR advise and guidance to a wide range of stakeholdersAssist site managers with absence managementAssist the HR Manager with HR projects and initiative The Successful Applicant Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven HR Advisor background in a similar role
