Our client has an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join their professional services organisation. The role requires someone who can act as a key point of contact for employees and partners by providing generalist HR advice and guidance, helping to achieve and maintain a positive team culture where people want to work and enjoy working.The roleRecruiting and On-Boarding• Provide end to end recruitment process:o Advertising vacancieso Developing relationships with recruitment agencieso Interview arrangement and attendingo Offers of employmento Produce letters and contractsEmployee Relations• Building relationships across the business• Provide advice and guidance across the business• Manage employee case work and change management programmes• Support long term absence managementPayroll• Manage pay related changes• Liaise with payroll administrator• Provide support to the HR Administrator to maintain the benefits systemGraduate Scheme• Assist with the annual summer vacation placements• Support the trainee graduate recruitment processLearning and Development• Support the Performance and Development Review process• Support the maintenance of the Career Development Frameworks• Support the Leadership Development Programme• Support the Learning Management System• Support with training bookingsOther• Deliver and support on People projects• Produce people reports and analysing data• Provide support with updating HR policies and procedures• Keep up to date with current employment legislation and HR best practiceRequirements• A level or equivalent• Desirable - Graduate CIPD or working towards qualification• Exceptionally organised with a keen eye for detail• Able to manage varied workload with multiple deadlines• Experience of On-boarding/Induction process• Experienced in ER work and Employment Law• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Office 365• Understanding the professional sector would be beneficial but not essentialDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
