Job Description As a HR Advisor you will:Employee Relations:Provide initial support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.Assist in managing employee relations matters and maintaining positive workplace culture.Give sound HR Advice regarding disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and dismissal procedures.Collaborate with employees to provide HR advice, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.Assist in preparing HR-related reports if required. The Successful Applicant The successful HR Advisor will have:Experience as a HR Advisor/ HR Officer or hold a CIPD qualification.Strong organisational and communication skills.Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic HRIS knowledge.Knowledge of employment law and general HR policies and procedures.
