Full time and permanent

Castleford - Hybrid working

Up to �32k

As the HR Advisor, you will provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, practises and procedures. You will also provide administration support to the HR function.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Be the first point of contact for directors, managers and employees when contacting the HR function for advice and guidance on policies and procedures.
• Provide assistance to HR Business Partners with disciplinary cases including taking notes and supporting managers.
• Support managers to conduct sickness absence cases.
• Responsible for the collation of accurate absence data and maintenance of HR information.
• Support the Recruitment process.

We are looking for:

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.
• Proven experience working in a Generalist capacity with experience offering advice and guidance.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of employment practises and legislation.
