HR Advisor – Rochdale – Up to £35,000 basic

This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to focus on supporting the employees and teams based in the South of the UK.

As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team with the day-to-day function, providing advice and support to managers and their teams, having a vital part in the changing needs and expectations within an HR generalist capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting managers, you will provide advice and support on employee relations including absence, performance management, disciplinaries and grievances
• Involvement with the recruitment cycle and supporting managers with the decision-making processes
• Adhoc travelling to offices including Luton, Newport and Birmingham

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong experience and passion in ER
• Ability to manage a varied workload and multiple commitments
