HR Advisor

Elevation HR Division are currently working with a fast growing consumer lead company in Halifax who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their newly established HR Team due to the organisation’s recent organic growth and success.
As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the HR Director, who will mentor and support the right candidate and offer them a clear progression plan. Operating as a true generalist you will have the opportunity to contribute the full range of HR initiatives whilst also developing personally supporting a headcount of c200.

As a HR Advisor your duties will include:

• Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
• Supporting the HR Director across multi-sites
• ER related matters including investigations, grievance and disciplinaries
• Managing the Employee Life Cycle – Assisting with recruitment for the business, selection and onboarding
• General HR Administration including Benefits and contract updates
• Provide regular communications to managers and teams on best practice HR
• Develop strong engagement, wellbeing and development initiatives to focus retention and succession planning

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has studied their Level 3 CIPD who is looking for support on their CIPD Level 5 which the business will provide. The ideal candidate will have some experience dealing with basic ER cases and have the ability to travel to other sites if required- mileage will be provided.
