LHH has been engaged by one of their long established clients in Sussex to recruit a HR Advisor to join their People team as soon as possible. Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the HR Business Partners in providing day to day operational HR advice and guidance on people actions.
- Work on projects that support the business' people mission and strategy.
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide recruitment support to line managers and HR Business Partners, which includes preparing job adverts and supporting with screening candidates.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- CIPD qualification or studying towards this would be desirable.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to build good working relationships.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach with a strong desire to learn.
- Strong team working skills.
- Experience of HRIS systems.
