HR Advisor

We have an excellent opportunity to join our growing & successful client based in North Leeds who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to work as part of their small HR team. This role would suit someone who is looking to develop their career in HR and is either part or fully CIPD qualified.

This is a Hybrid role 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Salary: Up to �34,784

Location: North Leeds

Your role:

• Provide support and advice to employees and managers on a variety of HR issues.
• Draft policies and procedures in line with compliance regulations
• Manage a varied employee relations work load
• Manage and oversee recruitment process
• Develop and deliver new training modules
• Job evaluation
• Work on a variety of HR projects
• Build working relationships with managers

The ideal candidate:

• 2 years plus HR experience
• Experienced in conducting disciplinary meetings
• Part or fully CIPD qualified
• Keen to learn and develop
