Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor / People Advisor.

This is a superb opportunity to join an established and reputable multi utility contractor in a key position within the HR department.

Overview of this position:

• As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for advising line managers and employees in all employee relations matters, ranging from day to day employee management issues to more complex case management
• You will provide practical employment advice and support particularly in respect of absence management, on-boarding, recruitment, disciplinary, probationary, grievance and performance and capability matters

• Provide managers with commercial advice that is considerate of current employment law, internal policies and best practise.
• You will ensure the risks associated with a given course of action are clearly identified and take into consideration
• You will support managers with succession planning and talent mapping, as well as up-skilling managers where appropriate
• Be the first point of contact to support line managers with advice

Requirements:

• Solid experience in an advisory role in a multi-site company
• Experienced dealing with a wide range of employee relation issues with varying degrees of complexity
• Commercially astute and able to provide the business with options whilst outlining any associated risks
• CIPD Qualified or equivalent. Level 3 CIPD essential. Level 5 CIPD Desirable

Salary:

• �30,000 - �35,000
• Flexible Hours (40hr Week)
• Hybrid working is available after probation
• 25 Days Holiday
