Ashley Kate are excited to be working with a leading storage and logistics company to take on an experienced, full-time permanent HR Advisor.
 
The reason for the role is due to this being a fast-growing business, involving you in the full employee life cycle. This role will be based on-site at their main office near Knaresborough in North Yorkshire.
 
This HR Advisor role will be reporting to the Group HR Manager as part of the HR team and will be responsible for:
 
- Managing ER casework.
-Providing support to managers and staff across the company and reflecting the company's core values.
-Delivering effective HR administrative and advisory support.
-Contribute to the continuing development of the HR process and procedures.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
 
-Extensive and provable ER experience.
-Previous experience in the role of HR Advisor.
-An enthusiastic attitude.
-Up to date knowledge on employment law and legislation.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills .
-CIPD level 5 or willing to work towards.
