My client is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join their�team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Support the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development planning.
Requirements:- CIPD level 3/4
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
