HR Advisor

CMA HR Division are recruiting for a charitable, values focused organisation based in Salisbury, Wiltshire to recruit a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a generalist role supporting the HR Manager in maintaining and improving employee engagement and project interventions.

What will HR Advisor role involve?

• Creating and implementing dynamic employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
• Demonstrating an in-depth grasp of employment law and leading employee relations casework effectively.
• Overseeing and optimizing the HRIS system to streamline HR processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Assisting with the outsourced payroll process and legislation compliance to ensure smooth operations and adherence to legal requirements.

Suitable Candidate for HR Advisor vacancy:

• CIPD qualification desirable.
• Payroll experience desirable.
• Strategic mindset.
