You will be joining a team of 4 immediate colleagues in HR, who are all passionate about providing outstanding service to the business. There will be plenty of opportunity to learn and grow in your role, whilst being supported by dedicated colleagues.Job DescriptionThe HR Advisor will be responsible for:Advising and guiding line managers on best practice when dealing with a wide range of HR issuesOnboarding of new startersDealing with a wide range of employee relations issues, from sickness to AWOLWorking with the Head of HR on a variety of projects and rolling these out across the groupBecoming a trusted advisor within the organisationThe Successful ApplicantThe HR Advisor will have the following skills/ qualities:Previous experience within HR at Advisory levelA desire to improve processAbility to support stakeholders and build rapportGreat attention to detail, as this is a regulated environmentDRIVER WITH ACCESS TO A VEHICLE (due to location of site)What's on OfferA competitive salary of £33-35,000, 28 days holiday + bank holidays, enhanced mat/ pat leave, death in service and more!
