We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong L&D background to join the HR team at Central Support, Fareham. In this varied role, you will be actively engaged in the entire spectrum of HR responsibilities as well as delivering internal online and in person development workshops.
The role presents an opportunity for exposure to all aspects of HR.As an HR Advisor, you'll be expected to:Act as a coach to all management to help them get the best from their teams, increase individual capability and challenge ideas, practices and thinking in a supportive wayIdentify training needs and deliver bespoke designed training to meet needs of the wider businessBe the first point of contact for all managers, partnering on all people related queries for a specific area of the businessManage the full employee lifecycleIn order to do this, you will need:A CIPD Level 5 qualification with at least 5 years' experience working in HRProven experience in a similar roleA passion for employee development & growthAbility to deliver engaging training sessions which deliver a ROIExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA solid understanding of the employee lifecycleA full driving licence as role will require travel to various locationsAs well as working for a company listed for 5 years running on the ‘Top 100 Best Companies to Work For’, you can expect:A salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience40-hour working week, Monday to Friday33 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays,
