About Our Client You will be joining one of the leading providers within the airline catering industry, supporting a team of over 200 employees based at 3 different UK airports and a distribution centre in Slough, where this role is based.
Job DescriptionManage and resolve complex employee relations issues.Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retain talent.Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. The Successful Applicant A successful ER Advisor should have:A CIPD Level 5 or strong working knowledge of UK employment law.Excellent understanding of HR practices, with demonstrable experience in a similar role.Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity and professionalism.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. What's on OfferA competitive salary ranging between £38,000 to £45,000 per anum plus further benefits.
