PART TIME capacity (4 days)

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, providing expert advice and support on HR matters to a diverse and professional workforce. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience, coupled with a track record of successfully navigating complex employee relations cases. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as is the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting on delivering strategic HR guidance to partners and managers
- Managing a variety of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Leading on HR projects and initiatives
-Keep HR Business Partners updated with case work activity within their practice groups
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR advisory role, preferably within a professional services environment- legal experience would be a real advantage
- Strong understanding of current employment law
- Experience in managing change and promoting best HR practices
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving
