Job Description
Permanent Contract | £34,834 to £36,648 per annum (Scale I) | 37 hours per week | Norwich
A new post for an HR Adviser with experience of casework and managing a team. The successful individual will need to to be experienced in Oracle HR system and related processes
Managed by the People Relations Consultants, the People Relations HR Adviser (Team Leader) will deliver discrete work streams primarily managing casework and providing advice and coaching to managers to support their people management practice.
The post holder will directly manage a team of HR Support Officers to deliver a highly effective and varied service, triaging service requests, signposting to managers and delivering HR processes.
The successful candidate will be expected to monitor, review and update processes and policies to ensure that these reflect organisational strategy, promote best practice and comply with legislative frameworks.
