We are working with a cutting-edge and growing fintech in the payments sector who are on the hunt for a HR Administrator.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborating with the wider HR department and support with general administration for the day to day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the general administration on behalf of the wider HR team
Support the recruitment team and third party recruitment suppliers in co-ordinating interviews, handling onboarding paperwork (contracts, offer letters etc) and offboarding company leavers
Support with co-ordinating meetings and planning company events
Support the team in scheduling meetings, taking minutes and preparing documentation for the meetings
Support the wider team with collecting data and reporting as required
Manage the HR inboxes, ensuring emails are forwarded to the relevant individuals
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in administration within a corporate environment
Passion and interest to start a career in HR
Highly organised - you thrive in co-ordinating, keeping organised and ticking things off your list!
Professional with a strong sense of integrity and able to maintain discretion
Confident at prioritising your workload and juggling multiple responsibilities
Initiative - if you see something that needs sorting, you strive to get it done!
Experience of working in a HR department (beneficial)
