To give you an idea of how this HR Administrator role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Manage the People Operations Inbox providing first-line support on all queries, referring to People Operations Advisor and/or Head of People Operations where necessary
Manage organisation chart, updating and issuing on a quarterly basis
Assist People Operations Adviser in maintaining the range of People policies that make us a desirable place to work
Maintain accurate data held within the HR Management System at all times
Assist in the monitoring of all key metrics including recruitment, training and absence
To apply for this HR Administrator role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

Effective verbal and written communication, delivering messages in a clear and concise manner
Time management and organisational skills
Ability to process casework to accurate and quality standards
Thorough knowledge of human resource best practice and current UK employment legislation
CIPD Level 3 and a desire to work towards Level 5
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Publisher), Visio package and Human Resource Management Software
