The HR Administrator will provide administrative support to the HR team in the UK & Europe. The role has a UK and European remit with exposure to a broad range of HR topics. This role will play a key part in supporting the HR team in dealing with internal and external queries and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and organisational skills and must enjoy working as part of a team.Main Responsibilities:Assist in managing and maintaining accurate data on the HR Information System, PeopleHR.Co-ordinate administration of onboarding and induction for new starters, including drafting of offer letters and employment agreementsCo-ordinate administration of offboarding and other changes to employment termsSupport the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and ensuring JDs are up to date on the website and intranetManage the HR invoicing processAssist in updating and maintaining organisation charts, as requiredCoordinate supplier onboarding and manage supplier data in accordance with GDPRAssist in the administration of personnel files, compliance trackers and general HR documentation on Sharepoint whilst ensuring GDPR complianceAssist in payroll and benefits administrationSchedule meetings on behalf of the team and take meeting minutes, as appropriateSupport HR projects including coordinating scheduling event dates, email group creation etc.Other ad hoc HR tasks.Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or a number of years experience in a corporate administration roleStrong administration and organisational skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPointExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong interest in HRA strong work ethic, flexible depending on business needs and an ability to keep track of deadlinesAbility to take initiative and support multiple workstreamsHigh efficiency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentAbility to handle confidential data professionally and with discretionPresentable, personable and the ability to work well within a team.Apply here Apply here Full name
