Trethowans now operates out of six locations, with offices in Salisbury, Southampton, Poole, Bournemouth and Winchester as well as a serviced office in London.
The role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join the team. The role will ideally be based in our Salisbury Office, and regular travel to our other offices will be required.This role will support the HR Manager, HR Advisor and Recruitment Advisor with day-to-day HR administration.This role would be suitable for a candidate who has HR Administration experience. The role will involve a variety of tasks such as responding to general HR queries, updating and maintaining employee data on the HR systems, drafting letters and new starter contracts as well as any ad hoc duties as required.The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. The ability to work as part of a team and to remain professional at all times is essential.You will be flexible, proactive, and be confident working with people across the business in varying levels of seniority.Candidates should have a full UK driving license, be willing to travel between our five offices when necessary.
