HR Administrator - Part Time- 12 Month ContractPertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a part time HR Administrator for a maternity contract start May 2024.Salary: 28,000 (PRO RATA)Hours: Mon-Fri 5 hours a day (flexible)This is a standalone role and requires high integrity, resilience, and confidentiality. Being able to work confidently alone and be flexible with ever shifting priorities. A conscientious and collaborative approach is required to provide excellent service to the entire company while retaining confidentiality and an empathetic approach.Duties:Managing the HR inboxAssisting in all aspects of RecruitmentOn boarding new starters and leaversMaintaining records, letters/documents templates and the ongoing accuracy and use of the HR systems.Communicating any updates to all staff via or during/meetingsEnsuring up to date staff handbook and flagging documents when neededMaintaining the intranetSupporting the finance team in producing monthly payroll schedules by providing reportsSupport the business in making "real-time" decisions with accurate and timely input as a dedicated HR resource.Required:Your own vehicle due to the location of workHR Generalist with up-to-date law knowledgePrevious HR work-based experience.Project management experienceIT literateCompany benefits:25 Holidays + 8 BH10 works from home days a yearLife assuranceCompany pensionFree parkingIf you would be interested in this role, then please apply, or call Corinne at Pertemps.
