We’re looking for a proactive and diligent individual to join our clients busy HR team on aTemporary contractuntil November 2024. The successful candidate will fully immerse themselves within our HR function undertaking all administrative tasks from data entry, to attending meetings, supporting with the recruitment function and more. Also otherduties may include recording personal information, leave accrual records, and details of illness, absences etcDuties:SupportsHRwith a variety of administrative functions to include entering data into the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and other related systems, scanning documents and performing mail Gathers, prepares, and processes various paper and electronic forms such as contract to permanent hires, change‐of‐status, and terminations.
