About Our Client This organisation is a family run organisation, looking to expand across the whole business. The HR manager is looking to grow the HR team and requires an ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow within the role.
Job DescriptionProviding administrative support to the HR department.Assisting in the recruitment process, including drafting job adverts and arranging interviews.Maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Handling HR-related queries from employees.Assisting with payroll administration.Coordinating staff training and development activities.Conducting new employee orientation and onboarding processes. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Administrator should have:CIPD Level 3 qualification Excellent organisational and administrative skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
