Are you looking for a new permanent position within a well established and global logistics and courier company?First Call Talent Solutions are recruiting for a HR Administrator to work in Slough. 5 days per weekup to £26'000 per annumJob Summary:As a HR Administrator you will support the delivery of the HR agenda nationally. This is a full time permanent position based near Heathrow Airport in Slough.Main Duties and Responsibilities of a HR Administrator:Support all admin HR tasksSupport recruitment processes, handling applications and organising interviews. Conducting document checks and DBS checksCoordinate on boarding of new startersTracking CAA regulations to ensure we remain compliantMaintain an accurate and efficient HR information system with employee infoMaintain trackers and processesMaintain employment filesSupporting role in accurately processing of payroll and benefitsLiaise with external partners such as recruitment agencies, insurance and suppliersLegal and Best Practice compliance in all activitiesSupport company training initiatives Development of training interventions through LinkedIn Learning, Local Agendas, EventsWhat we need from you:Excellent communication and coaching skillsOrganised and ResponsiveAbility to work under pressureStrong analytic skillsGood written and oral skillsExcellent IT Skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Attention to detailTeam player and can work aloneRequirements of a HR Administrator:HR Qualified or working towards a qualificationExperience of working in a admin roleAbility to work in the Slough office 5 days per weekFlexibility to cover some shifts if requiredAbility and Willingness to travel nationally if the business needsIf you are interested and have the relevant experience, please click apply to be contacted by a member of the team.
