We are seeking an experienced individual to join the HR function, supporting senior advisors with administration

in a unique office set up. Location: Birmingham City centre Full time, permanent – Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) Flexible start and finish time - This is an office based role. Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 The role:
Effective processing for all aspects of the Employee LifecycleGain a full working knowledge of the HR systemsBeing the first point of contact for usersCollate and analyse HR Data and provide reports as requiredLead administrator for HR system, improving functionality and resolving issues if required.Supporting the HR department to achieve its quarterly targets and SLA’sHR project work as and when requiredManagement of HR shared directories/files/folders on the IT systemEffective handling of any incoming HR related queries or escalating where necessary Competencies required for role:
Strong experience in administrative roles preferable in a HR administration roleUsage of Microsoft Office – Excel and OutlookPrevious experience using an internal HR system (desirable)Ability to prioritise workloads and work towards monthly deadlinesExcellent attention to detailGood communication / interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationship.
