We're looking for a HR Administrator to ensure accurate and timelyinformation for weekly and monthly employees.The company has a fabulous reputation and is well established in their field of expertise.What does the role involve:Assist in collecting and inputting payroll data such as timesheetsWorking alongsidethe HR Advisor to ensure accuracy and timely submission to the external payroll companyHandle holiday calculations, including zero hours or leaversManaging all the onboarding processes such as offer letters, contracts of employment, reference checks, probationand leaverslettersEnsuring right to work checks are completed.Support the HR Advisor in the review and approval of process of payroll for weekly and monthly employeesWho are we looking for?:Excellent Excel skills being able to manipulateand analyse dataStrong organisationaland communication skillsAbility to collaborate with staff at all levelsSelf-motivated, working independently and meeting deadlinesIf this sounds like the perfect role for you, submit your CV today to apply.Unfortunately, we are unable to contact all candidates due to the large volume of applications we receive.
