Job Title: HR Administrator Job Type: Temporary, Full time Location: Duxford Salary: £13 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday (37-hour workweek)
HR Administrator Overview:
We are currently seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to join our established client in Duxford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing general HR administrative support, including ensuring all apprenticeship documentation is accurately maintained and up to date. While previous HR admin experience is desirable, a strong background in administration is essential.
HR Administrator Responsibilities:
Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records. Manage and maintain all apprenticeship documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Respond promptly to employee queries regarding HR policies. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
HR Administrator Requirements:
Previous experience in HR administration is desirable. Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
