Our client, a well-known and exciting business based in Teddington, is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team as soon as possible on a 12 month contract. To be successful in this role you will have some HR experience and be available immediately or on short notice.
HR Administrator – About The Role
Full responsibility for the administration of the department
Drafting letters, tracking changes, reports, contracts, and training coordination
Be the primary link between HR and Payroll, ensuring all changes and activities are logged
Assist with interview scheduling and on-boarding administrative tasks
Advertising vacancies and assist with managing the responses
Responsible for departmental purchase orders
Manage the department inbox and any other administrative duties
Help set up meetings and associated invitations
Other ad hoc duties as required
The successful HR Administrator will have/be:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident using online tools
Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication
Highly organised and able to juggle conflicting priorities with ease
Highly confidential, discreet and customer orientated
Enjoy working collaboratively in a team with the ability to work using own initiative
Confident on the phone with excellent telephone manner
