Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employeesHandle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide administrative support to Payroll, HR and Managers as well as employeesAct as the first point of contact for general staff queries by monitoring the shared HR inbox and responding efficiently to queriesDeliver compensation and benefit comparison reports
Essential Skills:
Must have housing association experienceMust have knowledge of HR policies and proceduresMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have the ability to cope with conflicting demands, prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure while always remaining calm and professional
Desirable Skills:
Previous experience in a HR roleCIPD L3 upwardsKnowledge of employment legislationAbility to logically analyse situations and provide practical and acceptable solutions
