About Our Client

Job Description
The main responsibilities for the HR Administrator based in Chessington are:
Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and systems using the ServiceNow system
Coordinating staff recruitment, including setting up interviews and issuing relevant correspondence
Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
Administering health and life insurance programs
Ensuring legal compliance by keeping up-to-date with regulations affecting HR
Creating and presenting reports on general HR activity
Supporting other functions as assigned
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving
