HR Administrator

Are you an experienced HR Administrator with an interest in gaining HR experience? We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our established team. This varied role will provide broad administration support within the HR department and will provide a high-quality service to new and existing staff. Previous HR experience is not required, what we're looking for is an organised strong team player who is process driven and a proactive thinker.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Forming and maintaining employee records on our system and updating relevant databases.
Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, references, resignation letters and confirmation of maternity letters.
Reporting on HR metrics and being the first point of contact for employees on HR related queries.
Providing wrap around support and guidance to all employees throughout their employment life cycle.
Recruitment administration: sourcing CV's, conducting screening calls and booking/coordinating interviews.
Processing all new starters and leavers including the production of employment contracts, induction packs, leaver letters and holiday payments.
Coordinate, maintain and log all training documentation to ensure records are accurate and comply with legislation.
