HR Administrator Job Type: TemporaryLocation: KentSalary: £8-£12ph My client is currently seeking a highly organised and efficient HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Day to day of the role:
Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, issuing employment contracts, and maintaining candidate databases.Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing starter packs and coordinating induction sessions.Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.Respond to HR-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.Assist with payroll processing by providing the finance department with relevant employee information.Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.Understanding of HR functions and best practices.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
